To login and use the functions this system provides, you must be using Windows 98/NT/2000/XP and Internet Explorer 5.5 or above.

NOTE:  For the ICA Members Site to operate correctly, please make sure that the following option is correctly set in Internet Explorer:

• Select Tools->Internet Options from the menu
• Click on "Settings..."
• Select the option at the top that says "Every Visit to the Page"
• Click OK
• Click OK
